Strong analytical and communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs unassisted; frequent bending, climbing, and hand dexterity required
Willingness to work rotating on-call schedule including weekends for critical issues
Compliance with background checks, drug tests, and customer access policies including immunization requirements

What you'll be doing

Evaluate and diagnose complex biomedical equipment failures and implement appropriate repairs
Perform preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and maintain customer relationships
Lead, instruct, and assist other technicians on basic and complex equipment repairs
Communicate proactively with customers regarding issue resolution and follow-up to ensure satisfaction
Document all repair actions, maintain parts inventory, and manage vendor service processes

Compensation$65,840.00-$98,760.00 Annual
