Role summary
Regeneron seeks an Automation Technician to support biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment including PLCs and HMIs at its Rensselaer, New York facility. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for GMP bulk biologics and fill/finish systems on a second shift schedule.

- Experience troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, and computerized systems in regulated environments
- Knowledge of ladder logic, PID control, electrical control systems, and instrumentation
- Ability to diagnose electrical circuits using digital multimeters and schematics
- Understanding of data integrity regulations and technical documentation interpretation
- Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency with computer-based manufacturing systems
- Availability for rotating on-call schedule, typically one week per four weeks
What you'll be doing
- Provide automation technical support and troubleshooting during routine operations and maintenance activities
- Identify and implement corrective or preventive maintenance and component replacements on automated systems
- Coordinate automation issue resolution across manufacturing and facilities teams
- Work independently on production floor while following safety and gowning protocols
Compensation$32.40 - $52.88 hourly
