Role summary
Spring co-op supporting development and deployment of automation solutions, mechanized systems, and intelligent manufacturing technologies. Work with experienced engineers on robotic systems, machine vision, edge computing, and industrial IoT applications to improve manufacturing processes.

- Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechatronics
- Basic programming experience in Python, C++, or MATLAB
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship required
- Experience with robotics platforms (ROS, ABB, FANUC, Universal Robots, KUKA) preferred
- Familiarity with machine vision, edge computing, PLCs, or data visualization tools preferred
What you'll be doing
- Assist in design, development, testing, and deployment of automation and mechanized systems
- Develop scripts and tools to automate engineering and operational workflows
- Support system integration, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Collect, analyze, and visualize data from automated equipment and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations
Compensation$27.00-$61.00 per hour based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience
