Role summary
Entry-level position supporting a sales team in BD's Vascular Access division. The Associate Territory Manager will develop product knowledge, conduct field training, and drive sales objectives across multiple territories in the Richmond region, with focus on Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, and PowerGlide products.

What you'll be doing
- Participate in field rides with Sales Consultants to learn sales processes and enhance skills
- Complete sales training on BD vascular access products to support field teams
- Protect and grow portfolio of Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, and PowerGlide products
- Provide customers with product information, training, and updates on pricing and policies
- Coordinate with Territory Manager and District Manager on call planning and customer relationship management
