  • Proficiency in multiparameter flow cytometry, quantitative imaging, or high-content analysis
  • Strong experimental rigor with attention to controls, documentation, and data integrity
  • Demonstrated interest in AI-enabled tools, coding, computational approaches, or advanced data analysis
  • Experience with skin-derived tissues/cells and primary immune cell culture preferred

  • Design and execute cellular and molecular experiments for target discovery and mechanistic insight
  • Analyze and integrate experimental data using computational and AI-enabled tools
  • Translate experimental findings into biological insights and clear actionable decisions
  • Manage samples, cells, timelines, and parallel workflows with strong organizational skills
  • Communicate complex data clearly and troubleshoot experimental challenges systematically
