Role summary
Associate Scientist supporting oral formulation development for new chemical entities from initial formulations through manufacturing scale-up. Executes laboratory and pilot plant experiments to advance solid oral drug products within a matrix team environment.

- B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline
- Ability to learn and apply new scientific principles to daily responsibilities
- Demonstrated capability to conduct basic data analysis and collate results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior laboratory experience preferred
- Experience with statistical software (JMP, Minitab) or numerical analysis software (Matlab) preferred

- Support manufacturing operations in non-GMP and GMP environments
- Execute routine experiments, interpret data, and troubleshoot equipment and processes
- Manage individual contributor deliverables aligned with overall project timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional matrix teams on formulation development activities
