- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define and refine feature requirements
- Own backlog refinement, acceptance criteria development, and sprint planning readiness
- Coordinate across engineering, data, QA, and business teams to resolve dependencies and blockers
- Support UAT planning, business validation, and release readiness activities
- Track feature progress, communicate status to stakeholders, and document workflows and process changes
