Role summary

Associate Principal Scientist role leading statistical programming for late-stage oncology clinical trials and regulatory submissions. Responsible for developing analysis datasets, coordinating global programming teams, and serving as the statistical programming lead across the product lifecycle.

  • Experience with CDISC and ADaM standards for clinical data
  • Knowledge of clinical data management and ability to comprehend statistical analysis plans
  • US and/or worldwide regulatory submission experience including electronic submission deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills with ability to lead complex projects
  • Experience with quality assurance, process compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration

What you'll be doing

  • Develop, validate, and maintain statistical analysis and reporting deliverables including datasets, tables, listings, and figures for clinical trials and regulatory submissions
  • Design and manage statistical datasets supporting clinical development, outcomes research, and safety evaluation across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Lead and coordinate global programming teams including outsource providers; manage project plans and resource forecasting
  • Serve as statistical programming point of contact and knowledge holder for assigned projects throughout the product lifecycle
  • Participate in departmental strategic initiatives and ensure adherence to departmental SOPs and programming best practices
