Role summary
Baxter seeks a Packaging Associate to perform packaging and final assembly of blood pressure cuffs and medical devices in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role involves quality inspection, inventory management, and support for continuous improvement initiatives in a Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm shift.

- Stack and organize boxes on pallets for shipping while maintaining safety procedures
- Maintain inventory levels, replenish materials, and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workspace organization per 6S principles
Compensation$21.00 per hour
