What you'll be doing
- Execute production operations across multiple process stages including turning, milling, and surface treatment
- Monitor and adjust machines and processes to maintain product quality and safety standards
- Perform precise visual and microscopic inspection of products and record data
- Adhere to GMP standards and company-specific quality protocols with strict hygiene compliance
- Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
Compensation€34,200–€50,600 base annually, plus shift allowances and secondary benefits
