Evaluate, investigate, and trend complaint and stability data to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision making
Build and lead high-performing quality team with clear goals and performance expectations
Influence cross-functional teams including regulatory, manufacturing, and R&D on quality matters
