- Or doctoral degree in relevant science plus 1 year laboratory training/experience
- Experience leading teams, projects, and/or committees
- Knowledge of 42 CFR 493 regulatory requirements for clinical laboratories

- Establish and monitor test performance characteristics aligned with regulatory and medical best practices

- Support new product launches through documentation, training, and cross-functional coordination
