What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, or related field
- 5–7 years of finance experience in Commercial Finance, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device sectors
- Strong financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management capabilities
- Proficiency with ERP and planning systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Anaplan
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MBA certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles with local, regional, and global finance teams
- Provide financial analysis and decision support including sales reporting, pricing governance, and profit evaluations
- Identify growth opportunities, investment priorities, and performance drivers for the Surgery business
- Support portfolio investment decisions and resource allocation to optimize profitability and ROI
- Ensure financial governance compliance with internal controls, SOX, FCPA, tax, and audit requirements
