What you'll be doing
- Build and enhance Tableau dashboards with approved requirements, KPIs, filters, and user-facing features
- Execute test and production refreshes, monitor report availability, and investigate issues within service levels
- Validate dashboard outputs against business rules and perform quality checks across calculations and access controls
- Support assessment of reporting requests, clarify business objectives, and contribute to technical designs and documentation
- Maintain Jira tickets, participate in sprint activities, and coordinate cross-functional delivery with business and technical partners
