Role summary
A global CRO seeks an Associate eCOA Manager to oversee electronic clinical outcome assessment projects from implementation through decommissioning. The role involves project coordination, stakeholder communication, budget management, and study requirements analysis in a remote position based in Sacramento or Durham.

- CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience required
- Fluent English proficiency for written and verbal communication
What you'll be doing
- Manage eCOA projects from maintenance through decommissioning with accountability for deliverables and timelines
- Review study trends and coordinate with vendors to address study-specific eCOA requirements
- Communicate project status, escalate issues, and serve as primary contact for stakeholders and sponsor teams
- Prepare and approve site materials, user requirements specifications, and change orders
- Perform financial review and budget management including Change Order assessment
Compensation$71,500.00 - $142,500.00
