Role summary
Associate Director position in translational medicine supporting antibody-drug conjugate oncology programs. Leads biomarker strategy development and execution across early and late-stage clinical trials to guide drug development decisions and patient selection.

- Measure target engagement and pharmacodynamic biomarkers to inform clinical decisions
- Collaborate with research, clinical, and development teams on translational strategy integration
- Lead internal and external research collaborations in oncology translational technologies
Compensation$138,392 - $207,589.20 USD base
