Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director to lead a regional Field Reimbursement Manager team in the Southeast, overseeing patient access and treatment initiation strategies for Neuroscience accounts. Valid driver's license and willingness to reside in Southeast region (Atlanta, Miami, Raleigh, Washington DC)

Neuroscience disease state experience preferred

What you'll be doing

Lead, develop, and manage team of up to 10 Field Reimbursement Managers focused on access and fulfillment
Develop strategic and tactical plans for team execution in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Coach FRMs on leveraging data and account management to address patient access barriers
Build relationships and collaborate with internal partners including Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Pharmacy Access
Manage regional budget allocation and drive team accountability toward access and fulfillment goals
