Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Lead packaging technology transfers across internal and external manufacturing sites globally
- Own end-to-end transfer activities including labelling, secondary packaging, device assembly, and documentation
- Assess site capabilities, equipment, process fit, capacity, and operational risks
- Develop transfer plans collaboratively with Technical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams
- Ensure GMP compliance and manage critical risks through mitigation planning and stakeholder alignment
