What you'll be doing

Direct onboarding of new hires, validating product knowledge, compliance standards, and customer engagement skills
Partner with regional leadership to identify training gaps and customize learning solutions to local market dynamics
Serve as liaison between field sales, marketing, and learning development teams to align messaging and strategy
