What you'll be doing

Serve as business lead and product owner for orchestration engine portfolio, coordinating brand engagement and adoption

Translate brand objectives into business requirements, decision rules, and acceptance criteria for customer journey solutions
Oversee deployment readiness, user acceptance testing, and rollout coordination across marketing organization
Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to optimize decisioning patterns and improve customer experiences
