Develop and implement integrated communications strategies connecting site performance to enterprise goals across three manufacturing sites
Drive editorial strategy and targeted outreach through digital channels to raise awareness and alignment among 2,500 employees
Identify and support change management initiatives and workforce engagement opportunities that showcase site achievements
Manage high-volume communications materials including press releases, talking points, and newsletters through manufacturing and legal review
Serve as liaison between site leadership, divisional communications teams, and external media while advising on supply and crisis communications
