Role summary

Associate Director role leading commercial launch readiness and change management within Biogen's Business Insights & Operations organization. What you'll be doing

Translate therapeutic area launch priorities into coordinated BI&O plans with clear owners, milestones, and dependencies
Coordinate field readiness, training, Decision Sciences requirements, and Marketing Operations timelines across functions
Run readiness reviews, track milestone completion, escalate risks and resolve handoff gaps between teams
Lead change management plans for launches; identify affected stakeholders, clarify roles, and coordinate communications and training
Document launch lessons and develop playbooks and checklists to improve future launch execution
