- Drive operational excellence initiatives including OEE improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and waste reduction
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment and partner with teams to improve reliability
- Lead or support capital project execution including URS, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and validation
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements; champion safety culture and continuous improvement
