  • Lead cross-functional engineering and science teams in developing multi-step syntheses for active pharmaceutical ingredient manufacture
  • Direct drug substance process development from laboratory through technology transfer to manufacturing facilities
  • Collaborate with materials, chemistry, analytics, and formulation groups to optimize drug substance properties across development phases
  • Mentor junior scientists and contribute to departmental strategy as EMS leadership team member
  • Champion process modeling adoption and potentially lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
