Direct drug substance process development from laboratory through technology transfer to manufacturing facilities
Collaborate with materials, chemistry, analytics, and formulation groups to optimize drug substance properties across development phases
Mentor junior scientists and contribute to departmental strategy as EMS leadership team member
Champion process modeling adoption and potentially lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
