Role summary
IQVIA seeks an Associate Director to drive sales and growth for specialized Full-Service Partnerships in data sciences, safety, and regulatory functions. The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating proposals across multiple accounts in the clinical research sector.

- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years related experience, including 3 years in CRO, pharmaceutical, or sales
- General knowledge of clinical development and CRO operations
- Sales experience in CRO, BPO, or clinical staffing agency preferred
- Operational exposure in data management, biostatistics, programming, medical writing, safety, or regulatory affairs preferred
- Excellent presentation and writing skills with strong verbal communication
- 30% travel requirement
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers across traditional and new markets
- Identify customer needs, define opportunities, and propose tailored strategies and solutions
- Coordinate with Global Business Operations on proposal and contract development
- Maintain competitive knowledge of FSP offerings and position versus competitors
- Support cross-selling initiatives and respond to RFPs using multiple service lines
