What you'll be doing
- Provide senior scientific leadership and methodological guidance across multiple drug development programs within the Data Science & Advanced Analytics team
- Lead development and application of computational methods for patient segmentation, biomarker discovery, and precision medicine from multimodal datasets
- Define and champion standards for scalable, reproducible analytical pipelines using Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Manage and mentor a small team of data scientists, elevating methodological and engineering standards across the group
- Represent the team in cross-functional program meetings, providing data-driven input on trial design, endpoints, and evidence generation
