Drive and implement digital transformation initiatives aligned with Rare Disease Unit Medical Affairs priorities
Partner with business, digital, and IT teams to identify key processes, needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Deliver innovative digital solutions including experimentation, MVPs, pilots, and proof-of-concepts leveraging emerging technologies
Serve as expert and trusted point of contact for Medical Affairs employees on digital tools and platform usage
Manage external vendor/partner relationships including onboarding, performance tracking, budget administration, and coordination
