What you'll be doing

  • Operationalize slot allocation rules and manage rolling 90-day schedules aligned with manufacturing constraints and patient readiness
  • Lead network capacity planning across 0-9 month horizon, translating approved supply plans into executable site-level capacity plans
  • Coordinate across patient operations, clinical operations, manufacturing, and commercial teams to maximize utilization and resolve slot conflicts
  • Analyze reservation conversion, utilization trends, and missed-slot root causes to improve service levels and capacity use
  • Design and implement digital and AI solutions to automate slot management and advance planning operating model capabilities
