2–5 years post-PhD experience developing AI/ML methods with documented impact in clinical or drug development settings
Deep expertise in biological data analysis: molecular, imaging, or clinical text data
Advanced technical knowledge in foundation models, Bayesian inference, temporal modeling, or causal inference methods
Demonstrated ability to build reproducible, production-quality data products with software engineering practices
Experience embedding AI into regulatory or clinical decision-making workflows
Track record of scientific contribution through publications, open-source work, or regulatory submissions

What you'll be doing

Develop, validate, and deploy AI methods for trial design optimization, dose studies, biomarker discovery, and safety signal detection
Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition through implementation and adoption by clinical teams
Collaborate with clinical development, biometrics, and regulatory teams to integrate AI into study design workflows
Build maintainable, well-documented data pipelines and reusable analytical products across the enterprise
Establish data-centric AI practices including dataset curation, quality control, and evaluation frameworks for clinical settings
