Role summary

- Serve as escalation point for complex client issues and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Establish governance processes, service standards, and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and service quality
