Lead and manage Senior Manager, Agile Strategic Learning Partner team with direct accountability for development and performance
Design and operationalize resource allocation mechanics, capacity planning, and skills-based matching across functional areas
Partner with functional Associate Directors to align pooled resources against priority work and maintain coherent learner experience
Establish and evolve portfolio governance processes, including intake, tiering, and prioritization in collaboration with Enterprise LEAP
Identify and recommend net-new operational approaches as AI and technology reshape learning design and delivery capabilities
