IQVIA seeks an Associate/Clinical Project Manager for sponsor-dedicated local trial management in Seoul. The role oversees clinical trial operations at the country level, ensuring protocol compliance, quality data delivery, regulatory adherence, and cross-functional coordination throughout trial lifecycle.

- Willingness to travel occasionally with overnight stays
What you'll be doing
- Conduct site feasibility assessments and lead site selection and qualification activities
- Monitor recruitment progress, data quality, and budget; develop local procedures and contingency plans
- Serve as primary company contact for trial; coordinate investigator meetings and local team activities
- Maintain trial management systems, initiate corrective actions, and report progress to study teams
- Ensure regulatory compliance, prepare informed consent forms, and manage vendor relationships at country level
