- Develop integrated study management plans and oversee strategic execution of medium to large-sized, multi-regional clinical studies
- Set team objectives, communicate performance expectations, and monitor progress against contract milestones
- Manage project risks, quality issues, and change control; serve as primary customer contact
- Build and mentor cross-functional project teams while ensuring financial success and identifying revenue acceleration opportunities
