What you'll be doing

Lead monthly global S&OP process and serve as liaison among commercial, regional, finance, and operations teams
Develop and manage demand forecasts, inventory plans, and new product launch strategies across all products
Drive end-to-end fulfillment alignment via cross-functional escalation calls and operations reviews to optimize inventory and mitigate backorder risk
Oversee implementation of MRP and scenario planning systems; ensure SAP master data integrity for forecasting
Lead planning team development and provide daily operational support while monitoring service level, inventory, and forecast accuracy KPIs
