Role summary
Cencora seeks a Warehouse Operations Assistant for its Kansas City facility to perform inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound warehouse activities. The role involves inventory validation, stock organization, and operation of warehouse systems and equipment on a Monday-Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM schedule.

- 2+ years warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, or related experience

- Knowledge of distribution center workflow and basic computer operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal guidance
- CSCP certification or equivalent preferred
What you'll be doing
- Execute inbound, storage, picking, packing, staging, and outbound warehouse operations
- Validate inventory transactions, stock counts, and material movements for accuracy
- Organize storage locations, manage stock rotation, and support replenishment activities
- Handle packaging preparation, labeling, and shipment support to meet transport requirements
- Resolve routine operational exceptions involving discrepancies and order issues
