Minimum five years in automated distribution warehouse environments with large-volume operations
Experience with preventive maintenance, chilled water systems, cooling towers, and HVAC equipment
Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment and systems
Familiarity with Building Automation Systems such as Tracer Summit or Delta Controls preferred
PLC programming and material handling equipment control system experience
Ability to work on-call and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and split shifts

What you'll be doing

Maintain facility and material handling equipment at maximum efficiency with minimal downtime
Plan and schedule maintenance activities including inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs
Supervise and develop skilled trade technicians and maintenance department staff
Monitor maintenance inventory, control budgets, and coordinate with vendors and contractors
Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, safety rules, and regulatory requirements including DEA regulations
