Role summary

- High school diploma or equivalent with one year related experience preferred
- Proficiency with assembly tools, torque wrenches, hand tools, and measuring equipment
- Familiarity with GMP environments and ability to read Bills of Materials and technical drawings
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
- Small parts assembly or clean room experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Assemble subassemblies and finished products according to standard operating procedures and specifications
- Set up and operate production equipment following current good manufacturing practices
- Test products and subassemblies for functionality, quality, and specification compliance
- Generate assembly records and Device History Records for regulatory documentation
- Maintain organized work areas using 5S methodology and support material inventory activities
