- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain sales talent with coaching and performance feedback
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline, case coverage, and productivity metrics
- Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings; ensure regulatory compliance
Compensation$175,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses eligibility
