Role summary
SCIEX seeks an Application Support Scientist to deliver LC-MS product demonstrations, technical training, and customer support for clinical and forensics markets. The role involves pre-sales activities, application development, and collaboration across sales and product teams in North America.

- Ability to present scientific data clearly to diverse audiences and build customer relationships
- Experience with small molecule quantitation on triple quadrupole instruments
- Current driver's license with acceptable driving record
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and deliver customer demonstrations of SCIEX LC/MS products and analytical workflows
- Provide on-site training for customers on SCIEX hardware and software platforms
- Develop comprehensive analytical solutions including sample preparation, methods, and reporting for internal or customer deployment
- Assist in defining, testing, and developing new hardware and software products across product portfolios
- Participate in scientific conferences and seminars to stay current and support the scientific community
Compensation$74,000-$92,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
