Role summary
Six-month co-op position supporting biologics process development, non-chromatography screening, and digital innovation within the Protein Therapeutics API Development team. Candidates will execute laboratory studies, analyze data, develop scalable workflows, and contribute to digital projects that advance manufacturing readiness and knowledge management.

- Currently enrolled junior, senior, or master's student in engineering, mathematics, data science, or related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management capabilities
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems using quantitative and data-driven approaches
- Interest in biologics manufacturing, process development, and digital technologies
- Authorized to work in U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Available to commit 40 hours per week for full duration
What you'll be doing
- Support process development, non-chromatography screening, and filtration studies at bench and pilot scale
- Execute experiments, analyze results, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
- Develop workflows, tools, and best practices to improve process efficiency and consistency
- Contribute to definition and advancement of digital projects enabling data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, manufacturing, and digital teams on platform initiatives
