- ASCP certification preferred

- Manage staffing models, workforce planning, scheduling, and labor utilization
- Implement technology solutions and utilize data analytics to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround times
- Ensure compliance with corporate, federal, state, and accrediting agency requirements including CAP and CLIA
