2+ years NGS-based genetic testing and molecular diagnostics experience (preferred)
2+ years laboratory automation and high-throughput operations experience (preferred)
2+ years continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma (preferred)

What you'll be doing

Provide operational oversight and ensure reliable, efficient daily laboratory operations and workflows
Monitor departmental performance, staffing, capacity, and escalate concerns to Site Director
Support compliance with CLIA, CAP, state/federal, and company requirements; maintain inspection readiness
Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and laboratory personnel; support workforce planning and retention
Identify workflow improvement opportunities and support implementation of process changes and new technologies
