  • Demonstrated ability to design experiments, analyze data, troubleshoot methods, and work in cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical writing and scientific communication skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

What you'll be doing

  • Develop, optimize, and apply HPLC methods to characterize product performance and support new product development initiatives
  • Design and execute experiments to evaluate critical-to-quality attributes including purity, aggregation, identity, and concentration
  • Generate, analyze, and interpret complex analytical datasets to inform technical decisions and development strategy
  • Support product development activities including feasibility studies, prototype evaluation, validation, and technology transfer
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions throughout product lifecycle
