Strong communication skills for executive, commercial, technical, and operational audiences

What you'll be doing

Lead AmpSeq programme across customer intake, design, pilot execution, kit manufacture, and service delivery
Drive cross-functional change spanning NGS workflows, panel design, manufacturing scale-up, and customer onboarding
Balance strategic programme leadership with operational issue resolution across multiple global sites
Establish governance model including operational huddles, escalation reviews, steering committee decisions, and risk management
Establish and manage KPIs for revenue, conversion, turnaround time, quality, and customer delivery outcomes
