Role summary
Regeneron seeks an AI/MLOps SRE Lead Engineer in Hyderabad to design and operate resilient platforms supporting machine learning workloads, LLMs, and cloud-native systems. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; Master's preferred
- 6-8 years of Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps experience at enterprise scale
- Hands-on experience with two or more major cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Deep expertise with ML platforms: Databricks, Amazon SageMaker, Dataiku, Google Vertex AI
- Advanced proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages
- Demonstrated expertise in anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and automated remediation systems
What you'll be doing
- Establish and manage SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for multi-cloud AI/ML environments
- Design and operate enterprise ML platform infrastructure supporting enterprise-scale workloads
- Develop AI-powered observability capabilities with anomaly detection and automated issue resolution
- Lead implementation and optimization of LLM, RAG, and AI Agent platforms for production environments
- Mentor engineering teams and provide strategic technical guidance on reliability and MLOps practices
