Role summary
Advanced Research Associate supports development and manufacturing of Bio-Techne's product portfolio through executing standard operating procedures, conducting controlled experiments, and implementing process improvements in a GMP-regulated environment.

- Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years relevant experience, or Master's degree with up to 2 years experience
- GMP laboratory experience required
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Documentation Practices
- Technical expertise in fermentation, protein purification methods, or aseptic filling preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong data analysis, organizational, and written communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Author, revise, and execute standard operating procedures for manufacturing reagents and consumables
- Facilitate controlled experiments to support new product development and validate manufacturing equipment
- Investigate manufacturing issues, author non-conformance reports, and lead troubleshooting activities
- Propose and implement process improvement initiatives and conduct compliance walkthroughs
- Collaborate cross-functionally and provide training to new employees
