Role summary

- Ability to work in laminar flow hoods and RABS equipment
What you'll be doing
- Author, revise, and execute Standard Operating Procedures for manufacturing reagents and consumables
- Facilitate controlled experiments supporting new product development and conduct equipment validation activities
- Investigate manufacturing process issues, author non-conformance reports, and lead troubleshooting efforts
- Propose and implement process improvement initiatives; conduct workspace audits and equipment calibrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally on project objectives and provide training to new team members
