Role summary
Advanced Research Associate supporting development and manufacture of life-science products at Bio-Techne. - Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years relevant experience, or Master's degree with up to 2 years experience
- GMP laboratory experience and knowledge of Good Documentation Practices required
- Strong technical knowledge of aseptic filling and familiarity with media fills
- Ability to work in laminar flow hoods and isolator systems (RABS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and moderately complex data analysis
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
What you'll be doing
- Author, revise, and execute standard operating procedures for manufacturing reagents and consumables
- Facilitate controlled experiments and perform validation activities for equipment in GMP manufacturing
- Conduct reviews of manufacturing documentation, identify process issues, and author non-conformance reports
- Propose and lead implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct training for new employees
