Role summary
Integra LifeSciences seeks an Account Manager to lead neurosurgery product sales within a defined Los Angeles territory. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets through strategic planning, relationship building, and extensive time in operating rooms supporting surgical teams.

What you'll be doing
- Drive new business development and achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Spend approximately 90% of time in operating rooms providing consultative support
- Develop annual business plan and monthly territory reports aligned with sales goals
- Identify product improvement opportunities and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
- Maintain technical product knowledge and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations
