Role summary

- Grow net new revenue across portfolio of roughly 50 existing customer accounts
- Convert Customer Success Qualified Leads into closed expansion deals through proactive discovery
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery through close for expansion opportunities
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups within enterprise organizations of 1,500-5,000 employees
- Apply structured sales methodology to manage complex deals and maintain accurate forecasting
